Watermelon Fruit Bowl

Watermelon Fruit Bowl Ingredients:

  • 1 qt. or 4 cups boiling water
  • 2 pkg. JELL-O brand sugar free low calorie gelatin, any flavor
  • 1 qt. or 4 cups cold water
  • 4 cups assorted summer fruits, such as watermelon balls, honeydew balls, banana slices, strawberry slices.
  • Watermelon bowl.

Recipe: Watermelon Fruit Bowl

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin in large bowl until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in cold water.
  3. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened.
  4. Add fruit stir until well blended.
  5. Spoon into Watermelon Bowl.
  6. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
