Strawberry Mousse Cups
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. JELL-O brand strawberry flavor sugar free low calorie gelatin
- 2 cups thawed cool whip free whipped topping, divided
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
Recipe: Strawberry Mousse Cups
- First of all divide strawberries among 6 dessert dishes.
- Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
- Then add ice cubes and stir until completely melted.
- Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping until well blended.
- Spoon over strawberries. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
- Garnish with remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping.
