Low Fat Chocolate Berry Dessert

Low Fat Chocolate Berry Dessert Ingredients:

  • 7 oz. fat free marble loaf cake, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • 2-1/2 cups cold fat free milk
  • 2 pkg. JELL-O chocolate flavor fat free sugar free instant reduced calorie pudding & pie filling
  • 2 cups thawed cool whip free whipped topping, divided
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Recipe: Low Fat Chocolate Berry Dessert

  1. Line bottom of 9-inch square pan with cake slices, cutting and piecing slices to fit.
  2. Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes.
  3. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended.
  4. Gently stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping. Spread over cake slices.
  5. Refrigerate 2 hours until set.
  6. Top with remaining 1 cup whipped topping and raspberries just before serving.
  7. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Store remaining dessert in refrigerator.
