Low Fat Chocolate Berry Dessert
Ingredients:
- 7 oz. fat free marble loaf cake, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 2-1/2 cups cold fat free milk
- 2 pkg. JELL-O chocolate flavor fat free sugar free instant reduced calorie pudding & pie filling
- 2 cups thawed cool whip free whipped topping, divided
- 2 cups raspberries
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Recipe: Low Fat Chocolate Berry Dessert
- Line bottom of 9-inch square pan with cake slices, cutting and piecing slices to fit.
- Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes.
- Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended.
- Gently stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping. Spread over cake slices.
- Refrigerate 2 hours until set.
- Top with remaining 1 cup whipped topping and raspberries just before serving.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Store remaining dessert in refrigerator.
