Gelatin in a Cloud

Gelatin in a Cloud Ingredients:

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 pkg. or 2 pkg. JELL-O brand sugar free low calorie gelatin, any flavor
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 2 cups thawed cool whip lite whipped topping
Recipe: Gelatin in a Cloud

  1. Add boiling water to dry gelatin in medium bowl.
  2. stir at least 2 min. until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  3. stir in cold water. pour into 13x9-inch pan.
  4. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Cut firmed gelatin into 1/2-inch cubes.
  5. Spoon 1/4 cup of the whipped topping into each of 8 dessert dishes.
  6. Spread whipped topping onto bottom and up side of each dish using back of spoon.
  7. Fill centers with gelatin cubes.
  8. serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
