Biggest Loser Season 7 Contestant : Shanon Thomas

Shanon Thomas: Shanon, a 29 year old massage therapist, came to The Biggest Loser: Couples edition with her mother. She weighed 283 pounds when she started as a contestant in the show and she lost around 89 pounds during the show. When she left the biggest loser, she weighed around 194 pounds. Shanon is from Centerline, Michigan and participated in Season 7 of the show along with her mother, Helen Philips. She is fun-loving and friendly and mingles with everyone easily. Being the eldest of the three children, she always made efforts to be a good example for her brother and sister. In spite of her weight related issues, she used to actively participate in sport related activities in her high school. She wants to lose enough weight even after getting eliminated from the show and be an inspiration for her clients. She is determined to overcome her laziness and snacking habit step by step.
