Biggest Loser Season 7 Contestant : Joelle Gwynn

Joelle Gwynn: Joelle is a 41 year old non-profit founder from Southfield, Michigan and she lost 31 pounds during the show. She weighed 309 pounds when entering the show and was 278 pounds during the elimination. She tried her best to stick to the calories intake recommended and also regular at the workouts during the show. She genuinely tried to adapt to the high intensity workouts and diets every week but facing the problem of being regular with her gym workouts. She is trying to overcome this by working out along with friends and family members.

She has a very positive attitude towards every aspect of life and tries her best to overcome problems she faces regarding weight loss. She and her best friend and team mate, Carla Triplett tried together to keep the commitment level high throughout the show but she was eliminated after five weeks from the biggest loser show.
