Helen Phillips: She is the winner of The Biggest Loser Season 7 and that says much about her determination and courage. She is the third consecutive member from the Pink Team to have won the title. She is 48 years old and a mother of two, who lost a mind-blowing 140 pounds during the show. She weighed 257 pounds when she came in and was down to 117 pounds when the show got over. The total weight loss percentage calculates up to 52.72%. Her daughter, Shanon Thomas, also a participant along with her mother, admires her mother’s motivation and mental strength. She won prize money of $250,000. Though she is smaller in stature, her spirit can challenge even the mighty. Helen is from Sterling Heights, Michigan and never complained of the hard work she had to go through in the show.
