Biggest Loser Season 7 Contestant : Estella Hayes

Estella Hayes: Estella Hayes is a sixty three year old retired nurse and participated in the white team along with her husband, Gerald “Jerry” Hayes. She is a spiritual person and is kind to everyone around her. Her problem was that she doesn’t do regular exercises which made her pile on more weight. She weighed 242 pounds in the beginning of the show but the sad part was that she was eliminated in the second week itself. She managed to lose 9 pounds in one week itself.

Estella’s weakness for baked foods and snacks have made her put on a lot of weight and cooking being her favorite hobby makes weight gain an easy task for her. She was determined to make changes in her life to lose weight and lead a healthier life even after being eliminated from the show.
