Biggest Loser Session 1

The biggest loser season 1 is a great TV reality show and first season of the NBC TV series that premiered on 19th October 2004. In the first season, overweight contestants have been invited to compete with one other to lose the big percentage of weight and win the grand prize of &250,000. In this life-altering play, all the participants make use of weight-loss methods that are medically approved to lose extra pounds. In this season, 12 contestants have been separated into teams such as blue and red.

In the first week, the 12 contestants have been divided into two teams of 6 contestants. Every team has been assigned a personal trainer to train them and help them in losing weight. Blue team has been assigned with Bob Harper and Red team has been assigned with Jillian Michaels. Caroline Rhea hosted the first season. All the contestants in the biggest loser show were hardly trying to lose their weight fast and get the title of Biggest Loser. The first challenge that teams have faced in the first season is to pull a heavy car around a track. Matt is the biggest loser of the first week and Dana is the first person to get eliminated. Red team wins the first challenge.

In the second week, Aaron is announced as the biggest loser of the week and Lizzeth is eliminated. The Blue team is announced as the winner of weigh in.

In the third week, the performance challenge is given in which Red Team wins the challenge and gets a gourmet meal. Matt is announced as the biggest loser of the week and Aaron is eliminated. The red team wins the weigh in.

In the fourth week, the challenge is to climb 74 flights of stairs. In the challenge, Matt and Lisa will be fighting for the red team against Kelly Mac, Andrea from the blue team as Gary and Maurice got injury. The Kelly Mac and Andrea win by the this competition by making it to the top as Lisa has a panic attack hence needs to stop at the 34th step. Both Andrea and Kelly have made to win a helicopter ride for the blue team across the city. Maurice has been announced as the biggest loser of the week and Matt is eliminated.

In the fifth week, Red team wins the challenge of building the biggest food pyramid and gets the $5,000 of computer equipment and video messages from home. Andra has been announced as the biggest loser of the week and Dave is eliminated. Blue team wins the weigh in.

In the sixth week, the red team wins the challenge of lift guard training and Ryan is announced as the biggest loser of the week. Kelly Mac is eliminated and Red team wins the weigh in.

In the seventh week, Gary got the victory in the individual spin cycle competition. Ryan is announced as the biggest loser of the week and Andrea is eliminated.

In the eighth week, Ryan wins the competition. Gary is announced as the biggest loser of the week and Lisa is eliminated.

In the ninth week, the episode was presentation into the previous 8 episodes.

In the tenth week, Ryan is considered as the biggest loser of the week and Maurice is voted off. Only Gary, Kelly and Ryan have reached to the final. Ryan wins the challenge of treadmill. Kelly Min has lost the weight 79 lb. Almost 17% of body fat has been reduced by Kelly. Gary has lost the weight 71 lb. The 23% of body fats has been reduced by Gary. Ryan has lost almost 122 lb of weight. Almost 18% of body fats have been reduced by Ryan. Ryan is announced as the biggest loser winner and got the prize of $250,000.
