Alison Sweeney is an American dramatic actress and the host of the popular TV reality show biggest loser. She is popular for her representation of Samantha (Sami) Gene Brady on the Days of our Lives of NBC, a role that she has played since 6 January 1993 under a contract with the show. For this great role, she has already got four Soap Opera Digest Awards. She got a Fan Voted Daytime Emmy Award too. She was appointed as the host of the biggest loser show in the year 2007.

Alison was given the hosting duties of the NBC’s TV reality show the biggest loser after replacing the existing host Caroline Rhea from the fourth season.
