Kim Lyons The Biggest Loser Trainer

Kim Lyons Kim Lyons is a personal trainer, a fitness model, an American athlete and a nutritionist. She has appeared on the covers of a number of health and fitness magazines many times. She has also starred on the U. S version of the well-known Reality TV show called the Biggest Loser. She has been appointed for the biggest loser show to fulfill the replacement of Jillian Michael.

Kim also appeared as a panelist in the 2008 Miss America pageant. She wrote a book known as Kim Lyons: Your Body, Your Life. Her new book will come in the month of January called as Your Body, Your Life. She told OK magazine that this book gives her a “unique perspective” both on psychological and emotional outcomes of undertaking this great live-overhaul. She also says that she greatly helps contestants of the biggest loser show to achieve the goal of weight loss is achieved by focusing on the emotional aspect of weight loss. She believes that she has to find out what style works with the contestant in the show.

Her book called Your Body Your life is a twelve week diet and exercise program that mainly focuses on the emotional health of the person. Her goal in the biggest loser show is to change the lives of the people through with the help of right nutrition and exercise. As she is a fitness competitor and nutritionist, she is very excited to share the diet tips and weight loss tips with the contestants of the biggest loser show. Kim Lyons has worked in the fitness industry for a decade. She has even competed in a number of national and international fitness challenges. She tries to find out simple to follow ways to help her clients in losing weight fast.
